Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At Maison Mnandi Africa, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us at info@maisonmnandiafrica.com — we’ll gladly assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you notice an error or change your mind after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@maisonmnandiafrica.com. Orders may be amended or cancelled only before dispatch, typically within 24 hours of placing the order.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

Due to the handcrafted nature of some of our products, slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Product colours may also vary slightly due to photography lighting, camera lenses, and individual screen or monitor settings.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

If you are unsure about any item details — including sizing, materials, or colours — we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

Note: purchases made in the wrong size may not qualify for a return or refund. We remain committed to excellent customer service and are always happy to assist.

Returns & Refunds

All items should be inspected upon delivery.

Any issues must be reported within seven days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted only if the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including packaging and tags. Photographic evidence may be requested before approval.

If your return is approved, return instructions will be provided via email and refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected; though processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Maison Mnandi Africa is not responsible for bank transfer or currency conversion losses during refund processing.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Exchanges may only be considered for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping applies only to approved returns.

For UAE returns, a return label will be provided, and a fee of USD 10 (approximately AED 37) will be deducted from the refund.

For international returns, a return label will be provided, and a fee of USD 35 will be deducted from the refund, with certain exclusions applying.

Customers in Bahrain, Qatar, Afghanistan, Kuwait, and Oman must arrange and pay for return shipping to our designated address. Returns must be approved before shipping, and approved returns will be refunded once the items are received and inspected.

Non-returnable Items

Custom or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order, you agree that any disputes relating to cancellations, returns, or refunds will be resolved under UAE law.
