International Orders: Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Maison Mnandi Africa is not responsible for customs charges, clearance delays, or issues caused by courier services outside our control.

Estimated Delivery Times:

International Deliveries typically take 7–10 working days*, depending on customs processing and local courier conditions. Working days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please remain available to receive calls or messages from our shipping partners to avoid delays.

Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping fees apply only to approved returns, as outlined in our Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy. For UAE customers, a return shipping label will be provided, and a return fee of USD 10 (approximately AED 37) will be deducted from the refund. For international customers, a return shipping label will also be provided (with some exclusions), and a return fee of USD 35 equivalent will be deducted. Customers in excluded locations are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to our designated address. All returns must be approved by Maison Mnandi Africa before shipping; unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Maison Mnandi Africa is not responsible for bank transfer or currency conversion losses during refund processing.
